This project is unofficial and is inspired by public US Chess rating guidelines. Only the USCF can issue official ratings and titles.

Use 1 for a win, 0.5 for a draw, and 0 for a loss. Total score must be a multiple of 0.5.

Parsed opponents: 0 (max 10). Score must be ≤ games.
